So much for any information on this Vampirella model. I do know that she utilized the stage name of Destiny. The mystery woman appeared along with Heidi Saha as Vampirella at 1973 New York Comic Art Con.
In that last picture with Ackerman, it looks like Brinke Stevens on the right. BTW, I just discovered this blog only recently. Good stuff!
